Federal warrants are a method of law enforcement that is authorized by the government. Federal warrants are used for serious crimes such as murder, rape, and theft.
Federal warrants are designed to make sure that someone is actually looking for someone else. With federal warrants, the authorities can legally require the presence of multiple people or property in order to obtain information about a crime.
Additionally, when investigating a crime, it is very important to have access to evidence. If evidence was not available at the time of investigation, then it would be difficult and possibly impossible to prosecute the offender.

Kathy Griffin
Kathy Griffin, former host of ABC’s The Morning Show, was issued a federal warrant for threats to a government entity. Griffin made an incident-related statement about the president during her show in November 2016, saying that Trump looked “frightened” and “disturbed.”
She was subsequently fired from her job following the statement. Since then, she has gone on other shows to discuss her firing and what led up to it.
Her comments were considered serious enough that they warranted a warrant for threats, as were those of former New York Times editor Deniro Piono and musical legend Streisand. All three made statements about being threatend to or killed due to their opposition to the president’s behavior and rhetoric.
Griffin received her warrant in March 2017, which means she is currently subject to arrest if she is ever arrested again.
Deniro
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Romanee Deniro for threatening President Trump in an interview with Streisand. The warrant was based on a portion of the interview where he said that violence was a possible way to protest President Trump’s policies.
The media has been criticized for not doing more to take heed of this and prosecute Deniro, who is paid by Streisand to threaten President Trump. It is unknown if Deniro will be arrested or not, as he may have left the country by the time authorities get to him.
If you are a member of the public and have concerns about an official or government official such as President Trump, chances are you will be charged with exercising your right to speak out without being afraid or taking steps to protect yourself.
Streisand
A case study on how to avoid being issued a federal warrant for civil disobedience is Streisand.
In 1979, she organized a performance at the Concert Hall of the New York State Museum in Long Island, where she performed The Song of Songs. During her performance, she invited several people to attend her show but then asked them to leave once they committed a crime. This action put her in direct contact with police and put her in danger.
By staging this action in direct violation of law, Streisand created a national scandal that forced the state government to enact new laws forcing individuals who commit crimes to be charged and/or convicted. This scandal also inspired other activists to take action against injustice.

In 2004, Griffin published her best-selling book, The Blood of a Legend, in which she discussed her experiences as a war child. She also mentioned the president in the book, citing him as an inspiration for his work.
Later that year, she posed for photographs with a Life magazine portrait of the president and released them as a photo album. In 2008, she released another album featuring black and white photographs of herself with the same president.
In 2015, Streisand released her fifth album titled The River at Night. She also included a short chapter about meeting the president in his autobiography If I Were President. Both shared photographs of themselves with the president.

In February 2017, comedian Kathy Griffin was arrested and charged with a offense for threatening to kill President Trump with her drawing of her holding a mask of the president’s head. She pleaded guilty and was sentenced to imprisonment for up to 6 months and a fine of $200.
Comedian Michelle Obama also received a warrant for her arrest after she made a threat against President Trump on social media in December 2016. She was issued the warrant in March 2017.
In June 2017, news broke that singer Barbra Streisand had been issued a warrant by California authorities for failing to comply with an order not to make any public threats against President Trump. The order came after Streisand publicly threatened former White House staff member Omarosa Manigault-Newman with violence.
Arresting them would be a very high priority
As mentioned earlier, threats of violence are a factor in determining whether or not a person is allowed to own a firearm. If a person had a history of threatening gun violence, then it would be determined whether or not they were eligible to have one.
However, there are no records of any threat against President Trump or his family members in connection with their ownership of a firearm. It would be very unusual for such a threat to come from him or his family members, as they are very private people.
Furthermore, denigration of the president and threats to harm his family members are not factors that determine if someone is eligible to own a firearm. If someone met the requirements for gun ownership but made an error in determining if they were qualified, there could be consequences.
