Bosses getting too comfortable is a problem in many workplaces. Sometimes, bosses feel like they can get away with doing things that their employees cannot.
This can be in the form of rewards, bonuses, promotions, and other perks. They may feel like they have more power and influence than their employees, so why not reward them?
Sometimes, this can go too far. Bosses may feel like they are better than their employees, or feel like they need to prove something to their employees.
This is not a good feeling for employees to have – that their boss doesn’t respect them or feels inferior to them. This can lead to negative feelings and interactions between bosses and employees.
Calculate how much your boss makes

Before you can figure out how much of a poop you can make on company time, you have to know how much your boss makes.
Do this by looking at the company payroll and calculating how much they pay everyone in the company, including the boss. Then figure out what percentage of the company they own and how many hours in a week they work and calculate their income.
This will give you a good idea of how much money they make in a week, month, or year, and how much they make per hour. You can also do this with other bosses in the company to see who makes more than who.
It’s also important to remember that bosses earn income beyond what’s listed on their paycheck. They may receive bonuses, stock options, or other forms of compensation that may increase their overall income. You should take these into account when figuring out how much poop you can make on company time.
Find out what time you take off work for

If you take off work for things like doctor’s appointments, family emergencies, or to go to family gatherings, that’s understandable.
But how much time do you take off for your own personal reasons? How much time do you take off because you don’t feel well?
These are important questions to ask yourself. Because if you’re taking time off because of things outside of your control, then there’s nothing you can do about that.
But if there are things that trigger you to take time off — stress triggers you to take time off — then maybe look into what is causing that and try and fix it.
Take some of the pressure off yourself so that when something does happen in your personal life that causes you to take time off, it’s not as overwhelming.
Examine reasons for taking time off work
While it’s good to have a healthy work-life balance, it’s also important to consider why you’re taking time off.
If you’re planning a vacation, for example, consider whether you’ll feel more relaxed if you spend a few hours each day working on something that interests you.
Maybe you’ll plan some projects ahead of time so that you can take time off without losing income. Or perhaps you’ll decide to take fewer hours per week so you can still earn an adequate amount of income. Either way, consider the consequences before deciding to take time off.
Some people may find that taking time off makes them more stressed out than anything else, and that might be a sign that they need a break. It’s important to know when to take a break and how long of a break to take, though.
Create a plan to take time off work

It’s easy to say you’ll take time off work, but making a plan to make that time happen is the harder part.
You need to plan how long you’re going to be away, where you’re going to go, and what you’re going to do when you get there. It also needs to be financially feasible, especially if you’re not wealthy.
For example, saying you’re going to swim across the Atlantic Ocean isn’t very feasible, even if you are a good swimmer. You would most likely end up drowning, and that wouldn’t help your mental health.
Planning your trip can help prevent this and other similar issues that could end up having negative consequences on your mental health.
Communicate with your boss about taking time off work

It’s never too early to start planning your time off. Start thinking about time off around the beginning of February, and plan your time off as far in advance as possible.
You can plan time off in advance with your boss if you have a good working relationship with them. If not, try to build one so you can take time off in the future!
If you need to take time off work due to an illness, or to care for a family member, your boss and/or the company needs to know as soon as possible. This is so they can plan for your absence and cover your responsibilities.
If you are ill and have been taking sick days, try talking to your boss about it. Maybe you can come up with a solution that works for both of you.
Follow the rules about taking time off work
It may seem like a small thing, but taking time off work to poop can seriously damage your relationship with your boss. If you’re not allowed to take time off, you can ask your boss to give you one day off so you can go poop at the park.
It’s the same amount of time off, but you’re not wasting it sitting in a bathroom. Plus, you get to enjoy the park and maybe get some fresh air and sunlight.
Maybe your boss is having a hard time understanding this concept, so you may need to ask someone higher up for help. You don’t want to be forced to stay at work for hours on end just because you don’t want to leave for a bathroom break.
If that’s the case, then you need to talk to someone about putting in a bathroom in your office or getting one added. Maybe even ask for a water fountain that shuts off automatically after a certain amount of time so you can wash your hands safely.
Take a little bit of time each day

Boss makes a dollar I make a dime that’s why I poop on company time is a funny quote that can be applied to everyone. Even you have a boss and you work hard, you can still take a little bit of time each day to poop on the company’s time.
Everyone has one hour per day they can spend doing what they want. You can choose to spend it on your own business or invest it in the company you work for. Either way, you’ll be better off than if you didn’t take an hour out of your day for yourself.
The funny part about this quote is that it was said by a man who had no control over his bowels. He literally would poop anywhere and anytime he wanted to. He had control of one little thing and that was taking an hour out of his day to go do what he wanted.
Build up time over the course of the week/month/year

If you do not have enough time to take a poop on company time, then you do not have enough time to take a poop on company time. That is the truth!
Unfortunately, it can take a while to build up that surplus time. But once you do, you will be prepared when the need arises. You will have the privilege to poop on company time whenever you want!
Of course, you may need to poo more often due to this increased opportunity, but that is what bathrooms are for. You have one right in your office, don’t you?
If you are ever in a situation where you need to take an extended break, try spending some of that time in the bathroom.
