When the driver for a device does not load, it can be a problem. There are several driver for tablets and laptops that do not load, making life difficult. You may be able to use your tablet or laptop with an external drive, but if you want to store your computer’s Operating System and applications, you must install Windows on the hard drive.
The most common reason that a device does not load the first time it is connected is because the driver does not match the Acpi\pnp0a0a\2&daba3ff&0. This driver handles power and sleep mode control on computers, so if this driver does not match the one in your computer, then it will fail to load.
Check power supply
If your acpi\pnp0a0a fails, check the power supply. There might be a short or bad connection.
You can check it with a multimeter. If you feel something hard, take your hands off the mouse and move the mouse around to see if there is movement. If you see light and sound, then it is working!
If not, reach out and try another power supply to see if that fixes the problem. If not, chances are good that your computer will need replaced or expanded.

If your device shows as an Acpi\pnp0a0a\2&daba3ff&0. after you install a driver for it, then your driver is working!

If your laptop has a touchscreen, try replacing the touchpad. You can buy a replacement touchpad for around $5-10. If your laptop has a mouse, you can try buying a new one to replace it.
If your laptop does not have a touchscreen or a mouse, you can try looking for another device that has these features. For example, check whether another device has access to your internet, apps and desktop applications, and whether they have any special software that allows you to tweak the settings on the device.
Many devices now have USB-C connection instead of USB-A connection. If your current device does not have an A or C port, look into buying one that has those connections.
